This company has one of the worst HR environments I’ve experienced. The HR team is overly controlling and constantly micro-manages employees—not through proper guidance, but by watching your every move. You’ll always feel like you're being monitored, which creates a very uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere. HR Surveillance Culture: There are way too many "eyes" in the office. It feels like every step you take is being watched or reported. There's no sense of trust or respect for personal space. Fake Friendships: HR staff can come off as friendly at first, pretending to get close to you just to gather personal information. Later, they’ll use that against you by isolating you, ignoring you, and nitpicking everything you do to build a case against you. Forced to Quit: Instead of addressing issues openly or providing real support, HR will pressure you until you have no choice but to resign. It's an unhealthy and unfair way to manage people.

Does not keep their word. Micromanagement really high.
