      Salary on time is pros and Sr management is good

      Cons

      HR has no clear idea on what documentation is required , I saw that she rejected a guy after final selection of offer due candidate has no domicile certificates and their are many guys in our company is working and not having domicile. And even if you want candidates to have domicile and must make aware to candidates before interviews. As a selection criteria so Will not appear for interviews
