Too much to list, lack of management skills, leadership skills, transparency and staff benefits. People join and leave less than 6 months and the management do not look into the root of the problems here. If you join, you will definitely regret.
If you want to ruin your career, please join this company. Management does things their way and are not receptive to feedback and changes. Employees have been leaving the company every month since start of the year - either on their own or being asked to leave. Management likes to promise employees a whole bunch of things but does not deliver. People here practise favouritism very obviously. Management keeps asking for feedback on how to improve situation however does not implement nor agree with suggestions. They do not value employee's career growth at all. Total waste of time.
