Pros
Nonexistant, unless you are willing to endure useless manager, micromanaging bosses, and toxic environment in general.
Cons
Too many to count. Lowballing salary, has no respect for employee by disturbing after office hours/on leave, pay for one person but responsibility of three persons, not an ounce of professionalism, has to work more than 45 hours in a week (Mon to Sat 8:30AM to 5:30PM), no salary and position progression, and most importantly, no direction.
