Cons
Incompetent and self centered management. The owner of the company has no business sense or ability to lead. The company exploits its employees every step of the way, put you in an office (house) in the middle of no where to maximize your productivity (by having no distractions or life). They will make you jump through the hoops and put you through a bunch of nonsense just because they can. The management again completely unqualified to lead or manage projects, will take your achievements and parade them as their own or will push the blame on you if something goes wrong. Lots of private emails to the owner complaining about the employees so that they have no chance of defending or standing up for themselves. The whole company is just a mess. PS... if you don't play by their rules they will give you a dead end project and put you on half the pay till you leave. They don't have the spine to even fire people properly.
