It is a startup, many challenges can be expected

It is a startup, there is not much income for the company The company is stingy on money, no pay raise and bonus are expected, but there are calls from suppliers to my personal phone number asking for the overdue invoices frequently as the finance used to settle the payments long after the due date, this is not desirable. I also need to carry a government funded project by myself to earn my salary back, that is extra workload. The workload is really too high and usually need to work overtime
