Small MSP company between 10-15 employees when I started. Many clients including non-profits, medical facilities, law firms, animal shelters, fintech, etc. Everyone is there to help you learn but you need to put in the effort! You'll be helping many clients day-to-day solve technical issues, simple and complex. Great learning experiences and this job acted as the foundation of where I am today. Managers, President, and Owner are extremely down to earth and want everyone to do well and learn. Work hard and it'll get noticed instantly.
Cons
You will be working with many different people in many different organizations. With ALL help desk roles, you will run into people that can be impatient and rude. That's just by nature of being external IT support. Although a majority of the time you'll have users that are very grateful for your assistance!
