      - Good work/life balance - Colleagues are kind and understanding - A lot of scope for learning, especially if you're a fresher - Opportunity to interact with people from around the globe

      Cons

      - The pay could be slightly better - No monthly/quarterly performance review or appraisal - A lack of exposure to people outside your core team but within the same company. - No company culture to speak of as such, but this could be a consequence of the job being remote/WFH
