A better place to learn ERP Consulting, development along with great exposure to big client projects. Opportunity to grow on a technical and functional level. Few overseas clients, Good projects, Nice colleagues, Awesome infrastructure, Good location, Timely payment of transport and certification reimbursements, Salary on time. Food coupons, festival celebrations.
Cons
Company policies for appraisal and bonus are not employee-friendly. You won't get what you deserve. Rude HR and upper management personnel, No respect for employees, No work life if you are an exceptionally good performer.
