Every year there were changes in upper management , and the company was struggling financially .

- extreme long working hours (no extra pay) - lack of management, 1 person involves in 10+ projects at the same time - 1-man-company - salary increment approach is strange, usually with a contract to keep you in the company for 1~2 year+ with the increase salary unchanged during the contract period

People are not nice. They don't give your opportunity.

Where do i begin? >Management is uncapable / unwilling / simply uninterested in their company's prospects as well as employees. People are overworked, underpayed, and most of the people loathe the management. >The HR department is a running joke inside the organization, the company regularly cuts money from basics such as travel allowances, per diem on visit to other countries etc to cut costs, BUT that doesn't affect the UPPER MANAGEMENT of the organization. >The only way the management knows how to get work done is by SHOUTING out and SCREAMING. > People hired for doing work on technology A are shifted to technology B, and C then back to A as per the work available , you'll never be a developer in a particular field , whatever work is available, be it stupidly plain (as a technical) you will have to make that your field, this spoils the work experience of the individual and makes them scapegoats to a system which exploits them . >People are leaving the organization at an alarming rate. In the previous 1 years, the employees have cut down to 1/4th of the original strength with some of the core members in the teams leaving. >The company hires on 'contract basis' but recently even refused to follow the contracts of their employees when it comes to appraisal. Several freshers have not received any sort of increment after working for more than a year. The company has gone down in a downward spiral recently and it seems it will shut down within a few more years.

Lots of people have left....workload is a bit higher then other compaines of the same type

Freshers are expected to work like 10-15 years experience professionals
