Cons
There are cameras in the office which actually are the bread and butter of the HR as she just has one job, to check where the employees are. There are monitoring tools which will send a screenshot to the HR of whatever you are doing on your system. HR's are illiterate. They have two HR's. One of them is just a person who don't even know what English is. Cyril sir.... What a man he is. He is truly an enthusiast and he loves his work. But just to save some pennies he will throw you out of the company before any appraisal or mostly before your probation ends. You will be asked to work from the very first day. Flexible policies. They can change their policies whenever they want. They won't let you talk.. The HR will personally ping you to stop talking to your nearest colleague. She just has one job- to watch what people are doing.
