Maybe a lack of progression as it is a smallish company

You had to watch your back constantly, there was a culture of collecting mistakes of others, which was shared with the person in scope in meetings. There were specific things you were NOT allowed to tell clients, such as potential extra pricing, service limitations, etc. No benefits and people are underpaid. I remember a company-wide email about the CEO telling employees to rate up and leave positive comments on Google because of the amount of negative client ratings was unbearable.
