- Fairly good salary (depends on the task, of course) - Nice colleagues - Good personnel benefits - Pleasant work environment - Remote work opportunities are not limited
Cons
- You often have to find out who is responsible for what, this takes time - Several systems in use, their possibilities are not used sufficiently - Several companies merged, typical problems related to this - Sometimes things happen slowly, patience is needed
