They ask to come to the office a lot, which is not really necessary or doing any good, probably just for the benefit of monitoring employees. The culture is terrible - favoritism going over the place, and not running based on professionalism or facts. Terrible worklife balance - you'll be chained to your desk for the whole day, and everyone leaves work late, which makes you guilty if you wish to leave at 5pm.

There is a lack of growth in this business. Hierarchy stems from the top down and they’re not willing to bring new people in to help the business grow. They are stuck in their old ways and will never change. People tend to get left out and there were many times I’d eat alone because they are not good at including others. Culture sucks, clients suck and your weeks will go by and you’ll be wondering why you spent so much time working for this place. Would not recommend working here.
