Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at Texas Instruments are that it is based in Dallas, a lively city. The work culture is very structured, which was a welcome break after the lack of heirarchy in a start up company.
Cons
The downside to the stable company is that, as with all low risk ventures, the profits are meagre. Or marginal.
