Pros

Great company to get your foot in the door. Lots of career opportunities, just hope you join a good department with a great manager and great training.

Cons

Management expects you to move very quick. Training can be very minimal. Truly depends on the department you get placed into. Some departments have bad management and poor training, other departments have better management and great training.

Pros

Have had opportunities to work in many different groups, with great opportunities to expand my base of knowledge in areas like Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

Cons

Your supervisor is typically not actively trying to promote you as much as themselves. You definitely have to have a strong network in order to continue to move into more challenging and exciting roles.
