Private medical care, new parent company offers better benefits

Unfortunately this place has a very toxic work environment, from cliques to the MD having his favourites. I saw many people come and go after being honest about having mental health issues and being sacked a week or two after. It seemed like the business saw people with bad mental health as a bit of a burden, despite a lot of the mental health issues coming from work issues
