Pros

Great short term to get some experience, but don't stay too long.

Cons

Minimum wage. No overtime but you are expected to work overtime to get the work done. Bullying from management is a big problem. Rely on unpaid interns to get work done.

Pros

- Pay has increased and is much more in-line with what you’d expect for a trainee journalist. - Somewhere to start for graduates wanting to go into TV journalism. - You learn lots about writing, editing and time management for TV broadcast.

Cons

- Extremely unprofessional environment (bitchiness, daily office arguments, loudness). - Mentally and emotionally taxing. - Manipulative, bullying management. - No creative leniency. - The company has a bad reputation- it’s not looked upon favourably by future employers.
