Maybe some coworker but it's possible you don't find anybody out of "The TCK Sect" because every normal people are escaping from this place.
Cons
As IT ex-worker I told you something: TCK have the worst thing about agencies and big consulting companies. People without any tech knowledge make deals with the clients and finally the developers suffer the consequences. TCK don't follow agile methodologies, everything is about "cascade workflow", the worst one indeed putting the pressure on the developers. Don't use new technologies, don't testing (they have removed the QA department), don't know about work estimations, don't know about how to use the correct tools for development.... About 80% of the developers can tell you that sometimes they left the office crying, because the pressure, the managers get stuck them with the responsibilities about bad management, infinite work days... Leads preparation is a myth. You will have a "Product Owner" or a Whatever-Lead *without* any background in this area, but *he/she* is a good friend of someone, so... The salaries are a bad joke. They probably promise you increase your income after few months but don't trust them, they are one of the best liars I found in my life. An advice: if you ask for your promised salary promotion, they'll ask you about merits and tell you something about "don't be a mercenary". Their job offers should end with: "Be our slave and a great worker, we'll pay you in season's parties, stickers, welcome packs, team buildings and cereals for free!!! " The average of working period in the company is one year. They'll tell you this is because TCK is a launch platform for your career.... But the truth is you won't barely bear more time in this place.
