    Lots of nice equipment to work with.

    Manager was not very good, pretty much the main reason why I left.

    Pros

    Top notch property that is in demand. They attempt to build a great culture, even if they sometimes fall short. CEO is extremely intelligent in the hotel/casino business.

    Cons

    Too much of job title and compensation is related to your relationship with CEO. Very little opportunity for advancement.

    Great work environment and management.

    Cons

    the only complaint would be the parking situation. Employees take a shuttle to the property.

    As a manager you're expected to live and breathe this place. I spent many of my days off supporting matters over the phone and/or having to come in.
