- Boss was soft-spoken - Flexible timings
Cons
- Flexible timings - Boss was an IT guy giving directions about art and design (you can imagine how fun that was) - Absolute worst - Going back on his word after finalizing the draft work and suddenly wanted everything changed because it was all "wrong", even though all I did was refine the draft work and made no other changes - Swept it under the rug after confronting him about it. We never got to talk about it
