The idea behind TOOL is good, unluckily is kept as a personal project rather than scale up with empowered employees
Cons
- Constant blame on employees rather than accountability; - No genuine openness to feedback. - Poor team management and extreme micromanagement. - Incapacity to delegate and make work efficient. A place that puts a strain on mental health and personal confidence.

The team is great, and the mission and company purpose are impactful.
Cons
Leadership, management, and the decision-making process. If you like to follow rules this is a place for you, but if you are creative and want to create an impact and use your creativity this is not the right place.
