Pros

You don't have to bring your work home because the company does not believe in their employees. everyday checks on staff bag's before exiting the building just in case staff bring any important document home. nevertheless, the company won't cater for laptop anyways, still using old school PC's for work.

Cons

- bonus too low, almost nonexistent - medical claim capped at rm30 per claim at rm300 per year - HR busy body - cannot do OT even workload too much - increment? in your dream.. - even after 10 years of working, the people I know just reach 2k of salary - pantry that they prepared were like store - no food while working, dont munch - dont make a sound, dont talk with collegue - cannot change PC wallpaper, must use The Store background - Please dont work here

Pros

Met Kind and Supportive People I was grateful to meet many customers and colleagues who were friendly and respectful. Improved Communication Skills Talking to different types of customers helped me become more confident and better at communication. Learned About Product Promotion I gained real experience in explaining product benefits and handling customer questions. Time Management The job helped me learn how to manage time better between work and studies. Customer Service Experience I learned how to be more patient and helpful when dealing with customer needs or complaints.

Cons

Lack of Prayer Breaks for Muslims As a Muslim, I found it difficult because we were not given proper time or space to pray. Sometimes we had to pray in secret so the manager wouldn’t scold us. Strict Dress Code I was uncomfortable because the dress code did not fully support modest wear like wearing a tudung properly (covering the chest) which is part of my beliefs. Standing for Long Hours The job required standing for a long time, which was physically tiring, especially on weekends. Unclear Work Instructions Sometimes, the tasks were not explained clearly, and it caused confusion especially for new staff. Lack of Staff Benefits As a part-timer, there were no proper staff meals or extra allowances even during long working hours.
