Toxic environment prioritizes clients over employee well-being

there is nothing good about this company. From recruitment to off boarding is so wrong.

recruitment kept changing interview times, it was a good thing I was available but if not, they will flag you as not interested. they removed relevant experience to avoid paying you your correct rate. Training was useless and pretty much left you alone. They would just tell you that "you know this already". They will just assign you tasks and expect you to be a "plug and play" EA/VA for their clients. Despite their job ad looking for a specific role, they generalize you as an all around EA. Operations are not coordinated. They have no regard for time and adjustment for the employee. They make you work in the afternoon, log you out and ask you to log in at night when you get paired with a client. When you have questions about the process, no one from operations seems to know. HR is a whole another useless department who cant even get their facts right. One simple question leads to multiple back and forths and no answers. All concerns are routed thru tickets and you get more emails to respond to their surveys rather than answering your concerns. They click bait you on incentives that you have to fight for, operations can't answer their own guidelines. They all make themselves important but when employees have a concern about the process, everyone points the finger at other departments. They focus on the client more than the employees. When you are wrong, they are quick to blame you but when you are good at your tasks, it does not reflect on your scorecard. They focus more making their clients happy at the cost of their employees. This company is not worth your time.
