Pros
Central locations, Nice Offices, Flexible Hours. (The pros are few and far between)
Cons
The work project has a high level of turnover rate due to people always leaving or being us to go. On the surface, twp looks very polished, it is not long before you start to realize the cracks within the company. (Both staff and members share the same sentiments) A lot of the operations processes are still being done manually here, instead of spending on technology or software that can help improve the overall operations, it is often spent on expensive furniture. The management team is being run by people who don't seem to know what they are doing. There is no strategy, vision, or transparency, the only strategy is to follow what other co-working operators have done. The management team is all 'Yes Men' to the CEO and often practices double standards from the rest of the employees. There are very limited company benefits here and little to no career progression even though the company is majority owned by CapitaLand, they do not share the same perks. Overall, the experience here has been quite poor.
