      Pros

      consistently busy place. great neighbourhood, close to the seawall- beautiful Vancouver.

      Cons

      - Managers are abusive, they think they own your schedule, they don't let you work second jobs, and if they do, they make it hard to schedule with your second job. - Managers play favourites and take advantage of the control they possess. - no overtime pay - employer controls gratuities and takes tips for themselves but does not include as insurable earnings... even though they aren't supposed to and this being illegal.

      - Free staff dinner daily - Communication was great between front of house + back of house - Managers approachable and friendly

      Cons

      - Staff discount was terrible, so no incentive to try food/ drinks - No period of time for staff to try dishes, hard to describe to guests if not eaten...
