      Like a Hell.. Sry, even a hell could be better place.

      Pros

      I worked in Torinit for almost 6 months. During my employment length I found not a single pro for this company.

      Cons

      This is the most horrible company I have ever seen in my career. Even a hell could be a better place than this. Some of the cons are, 1. Worst management. - Not a single guy from management team including their Chief Technical Officer knows any thing about technology. Commits any thing to their clients and force their developers to follow their tight and unachievable deadlines. 2. No work/personal life balance - Management treats their employees like their slaves, expects you to work for them 24*7, even on Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays. 3. No Job Security - You will be fired for absolutely no reason. Not a single mistake is acceptable. 4. Projects - Projects are mid sized, nothing great to tell about. 5. Extra facilities - No extra facilities like Health Insurance PF, No leave policies decided. List goes on and on..

      Unorganised organisation with no vision and future

      Hardly anything applicable here but will list down a few 1- Good exposure due to small size of the company 2- WFH and flexible timings

      Cons

      1- lacks long term vision 2- more of a dictatorship 3- unorganised 4- no process at all 5- no growth as the company is not structured at all 6- upper management doesn’t have vision for career growth of employees 7- cultural fit lacks and people are hired for very short term goals and then fired 8- job security is least in the industry 9- you can be hired in the morning and fired in the evening if there is a perception build against you 10- the most worst thing is there are tasks related to your job title and roles 11- you can join the company if you are a fresher and then leave once you are done with learning 12- I have seen the best people being fired because there is no project and the company should have thought of it before hiring

      This people have no morals They have hired a guy who is asking all the current employees to write good review and share the screenshots or you will be fired

      Cons

      The company has no props to being with Now they have come with new plan All the junior developer have been asked to add good reviews and share screenshots or they will be fired No the CTO is in panic mode and he is afraid that his job is in a worry
