Pros
- Remote work - Okay benefits, kick in after 3 months - Opportunity to use SQL, but you need to look into learning on your own - Most people who work here are nice
Cons
- Product is outdated and often glitchy - Very little documentation and troubleshooting support - There is no structure for training, you’ll have to guide yourself - Many people haven’t received raises in years - Management constantly micro manages the project managers so there is high turnover. One manager randomly berates people in front of others for inconsequential things - When people leave they’re blamed for everything and talked badly about by management - Fall and winter there is almost zero work. Mentally that was challenging - Many team members are doing the bare minimum but no action is taken by management - Underpaid compared to industry standard - Subpar PTO offering- new employees annually receive 10 days for PTO, and 2 sick days
