      Pros

      I suggest finding employment with another consulting company.

      Cons

      Low wages. You also aren't allowed to discuss wages with coworkers, which is because some workers in the exact same job position as you get paid more. Extreme amount of overtime work each week. Contrary to the company's advertised promise of a "choose your own adventure" career path, you are constrained by the company's demands, rather than empowered to pursue your desired career path.

      A few good eggs in the basket of people

      Cons

      Over worked, underpaid, does not support career growth or training, restrictive and an underlying sexism culture. Male colleagues will be promoted before female. Culture is not what it use to be.
