      Disorganised, poor management, unfair dismissal

      Flexible hours but that’s about it.

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines with no detailed training provided. Dismissed over the phone with no warning. Lack of structure and consistency. Staff pick and choose what they share or support with. No real development or progression.

      - Flexible hours, ethos of work to live, not live to work! - Good pay - Nice coworkers and helpful management team - 100% remote working - Achievable deadlines, help/cover always available when needed

      Cons

      - Can be difficult at times to ensure consistency due to the often subjective nature of the job, but help is always available to reduce this.
