      The location of the London office.

      Cons

      -The management team is very inexperienced and childish. -They are rude, and don't know how to lead people. -There is no goals, no targets, no structure. -They failed to raise capitals many times. -People have big egos, nobody knows what his/her goal is. -You might hear racist comments if you are not from Lithuania. -They hire and fire people like crazy. -There is a toxic culture within the company. -They ask people to write nice comments here to mask their failure online. I normally don't write comments on any online platforms, but I am doing this to help people before they accept any offer from this company. Please don't ruin your career and go find another company. This is a toxic company which will give you nothing but lots of headache.

      Everything! No leadership, very poor salaries and benefits. Constant changes in team, goals etc. No budget for anything

      Nice office, Flexible hours, Free coffe

      Cons

      Low salaries Poor benefits Only 1% pension match (the legal minimum) Inexperienced management no diversity in the workplace, all guys are eastern europeans unhelpful HR (not base in UK) no budget for anything count every penny

      We are really sorry to hear your negative feedback. As we are still a small though growing company, many things and processes, including benefits, etc. are in early stages.
