Great idea to spread the word about myopia management.
Cons
Unethical management and poor standards across the company. There is no room for a healthy work life balance as they do not have enough staff and management/COO allow for employees to become stretched thin and have zero motivation to represent the company. COO has favoritism with only the people that do things for her and is unprofessional in work place settings.
