Delivery Leadership is in a constant state of crises - the sky is always falling and it's always your fault. Poor people skills. Classic churn and burn.

There was little training and the MD disliked giving those trainings and that was felt. Abusive environment, management expects you to work on your PTO because they can’t manage their time. MD is abusive against other women and favors one “senior consultant”. The manager I had wanted me to complain and provide feedback so he could have a reason to submit that feedback. That’s the type of cowardly management I had.
