TriNet doesn't follow proper Kanban methodologies even though it is supposed to. If employee talks and questions more then they will be laid off with proper 2month plan. They keep employees who doesn't work properly even at senior positions like director or product management etc So at the end , NO job security . No career path defined even after GCC is opened since 2yrs . No proper feedback channel during appraisals. Manager can quietly trouble employees during midyear or year end appraisals
