- Some of the best Solution Architects I had the opportunity to work with - Compensation is fair - Flexibility (work from home policy) - Lunch and Learns
Cons
- No career growth path/progression - Lack of internal methodologies, total disconnect between sales and delivery teams - Unclear vision & positioning - No RRSP matching - No mentor-ship for more junior candidates - Best people seem to be leaving the company lately
