      Pros

      Great place to work, everyone is friendly and believe in their product/service being the best in the industry. Small, family like team.

      Cons

      In fast growth mode many times there are sudden changes of direction.

      Pros

      I was one of True Spec's earliest and most ardent followers online. Hoyt and the rest of the upper management couldn't have been more disappointing to work for, though. They are snooty, sexist, unprofessional, and incredibly disorganized. Working for them was the most disappointing experience of my working and golfing life.

      Cons

      Disorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend working for True Spec, or receiving a fitting from the company, to anyone.
