One of the worst Management I have ever seen. Full of politics, cheating innocent employees in the name of promotions, Management always sleep in office or watch YouTube clips and they don't do any kinda of works as management is big zero in technical knowledge. They just manage things with help of their own pets in office. At present I got a communication that like they started micro managing and bullying, pressuring, blackmailing employess like anything in the name of mistakes as they are afraid of losing their own jobs since IBM has acquired truven. Never believe management they are fit for nothing. They will give u low hikes and puts the rest of money in their own pockets. Promotion is a night mare you will get one step promotion only after 5 years. Don't ever think of joining this company they will use you and throw u out with out any respect.More over the work which your gonna do never fetch u job outside which is utter waste and no career.
