Good company but very restrictive contract that hinders your ability to move on from the company.

This company mandates that some entry level employees sign a restrictive non compete covenant that will hinder your ability to progress your career. They have threatened legal should you decide to attempt to move on to a higher paying job in the same industry. Be very cautious if you want to continue working in this field. Company doesn’t listen to employees’ alerts about bandwidth/workload - i alerted management multiple times that I was overwhelmed/at capacity and was continued to be assigned clients.

TurnKey has an amazing team culture. The best I've ever seen. The pay is very competitive not to mention the commissions they pay out every quarter. If you're looking for a place to work I highly recommend TurnKey.
Cons
No major cons, the only thing is it's a smaller company that doesn't have hundreds of employees. You may need to help build systems.
