Pros
1. Have the ability to learn more about the cyber security and understand the people in the company even they are toxic. 2. Ability to work in a team environment. 3. Ability to connect with the clients. that is the best and happiest thing ever. explaining the things to them. its is the main thing that gives satisfaction.
Cons
1. Some senior in some other team creating politics in other teams. the teams are improperly managed. so many don't know from whom they take orders. 2. Mainly office politics, we can try to stay there where there is little. yes , politics is everywhere. But it increased and is affected the work. and satisfaction. Due to this reason , so many employees left that company. other wise the company is good. the management is good. but the main mistake here is management didn't took the politics seriously. Also if they know this before ,then it can be avoided. So many didn't said because of fear of seniority.

Very polite and supportive management. The best place for a fresher to learn.
Cons
Salary is a little bit on the lower side. But a great opportunity for freshers.
