Work standards : Good bonus and strict about the company policies Org feedback : TE is a very good company but team lead and team members matters the most when u are into some position.
Cons
Very poor management in my team they will always prepared by micro management in terms of any minor mistakes they always target if you have any good skills compare to others instead they wanted us to treat like slaves to serve and leave. Note : Check the team lead and supervisors before you join. Thank you
