Pros
UPS is a large organization and as a result has big, tough problems to solve and a lot of brilliant people to learn from if you get on the right team. I was fortunate to work with a lot of people that were fantastic and the difficulty of problem stretched me to grow and learn
Cons
No coaching culture - a lot of folks that had been there forever lacked skills and perpetually got shifted around in hopes they would be "better on this one" vs. diligent coaching and work to improve their skills or coach them out. Work life balance is a thing, but the scale always tilted toward work.
