      Working in small teams pushes one to learn the full technology stack, handled various responisbliities preparing business requirement documents to implementation and testing.

      Handling multiple projects at once in a small team can get disorganized at times.

      Awesome cafeteria, benefits, and engineers.

      Cons

      The only competent people in IT are the developers. C-level, directors, management, project management have no clue what they're doing. New process / person in charge every week. Drama all the time. Not agile. Full of gossip.
