      No pros at all, absolutely nothing

      Cons

      - Management isn't good.. and the new delivery head in Bangalore doesn't do any work. Her basic routine is to shout at her employees, read news online and apply for jobs - They like to experiment by hiring people and then firing them for no logical reason - Plenty of politics here with lots of groups who constantly criticize others behind their backs. Not a healthy environment - They fool the clients by making the employees lie to them about projects worked on before and all they care about is getting maximum money out of them for some rubbish work - The company has no true vision and seems to struggle with keeping existing projects - The managers are rude and care more about themselves than the team - The company makes sure that there are no extra curricular activities encouraged here and the focus is only on earning dollars

      -No work ethics. -What is the vision and mission of the company. -There an no pros. -All the positive reviews given by recruiters. -If you want some pay hike and move on then this is a good company. -Preferably not good for freshers. -A simple and small service based company. -Do not trust the word they say.

      Cons

      -Immature on handling client. -Recently by that they have removed 30-50% of peoples offers are pink slipped. -One good strategy hire more and release more - best business strategy. -Where is the loyalty boss. -Not only my team every team is having the same. -No employee benefits.

      Cannot think of any pros. Very Terrible Experience.

      Cons

      Terrible HR. The HR is always non-existent. She appears just once a month. Has totally unprofessional behavior. Always screams at the top of her voice at the employees! The employees seem to be working in fear of the HR. Many employees have left Useready, Bangalore because of her and she keeps struggling to find new candidates. She is completely unprofessional to the interviewees as well, so the company has a hard time hiring new candidates as well because of her.
