Pros

Nice office Decent work-life balance

Cons

This is not an environment built for introverts or people who simply want to do good work quietly and professionally. Visibility, social positioning, and fitting into the “culture” often seem more valuable than actual contribution. Behind the polished branding and fake smiles, there’s an exhausting amount of corporate BS, politics, and perception management. So people who value honesty, psychological safety, and straightforward communication will likely burn out here quickly.

Nice environment but toxic feedback culture and politics

Pros

The environment, as in infrastructure was really nice. Work life balance was well supported and a lot of friendly people.

Cons

Supper kindergarten attitude when it comes to working together, and giving face to face professional feedback. All the backstabbing "politics" kills the good vibes. The feedback system they have is a Joke. For example as a team lead you can give a written feedback of I wish you would, I wish you wouldn't... and as a team lead you get a fully detailed feedback on your fit into the team, your work ethic, etc. So the the junior and medium team members can easily manipulate who's not a good "boss"...And although they say it doesn't really matter, if they want to eliminate you, they will use it. Made up HR principals... and simply no reception on change suggestions.

Something stinks beneath the surface.

Pros

-Talented individuals across teams. -Salary is not bad by Hungarian standards. -Onboarding is fun, and gives a positive first impression. -Great place to learn about UX, product design, marketing, and even office politics.

Cons

-Significant responsibility placed on individuals, without the authority needed to make impactful decisions. -Decisions are often announced abruptly, with little regard for the people affected, creating a culture of fear rather than trust. -Many people seem to be on the edge of burnout, some appear to carry stress from previous layoffs, and negative talk about the company is common. It feels like there’s no real sense of community anymore, and company events tend to feel uncomfortable.
