I have been working as a Customer Support Representative at Uline, and overall it’s been a positive experience so far. The training program was very well structured and helped me build a strong foundation. They provide a lot of useful information, but it’s explained in a way that’s easy to understand and apply during real customer calls, which made the transition to the floor much smoother.
The work environment is friendly and supportive. My team and managers are always willing to help, especially when you’re new and still learning. It feels like people genuinely want you to succeed, which makes a big difference in a customer-facing role.
The role itself can be fast-paced at times, but the training really prepares you for it. As long as you stay focused and use what you’ve learned, it becomes manageable.
