Pros
My supervisor is really nice. After I finish my tasks, I'm free to pick up new skills through online courses. During my time (~8 months) I've grown quite a bit.
Cons
-little technical challenge if you ask me -the client base is getting narrowed by competitors -imbalance of power vs. responsibility across departments -as a result, a large portion of employers work overtime -and this is in China, where overtime is not really paid for
