I found the teams to be extremely varied in their culture and technologies. One team might have a very organized Agile team and in another you may barely have a chance to talk to your teammates as they all work remotely and on different code bases than you. Some allow much more flex time than others. Some use modern tech, some don't Since this is a private company and much of the work they do is secret, you will be able to share very little of what you actually did with your next potential employer No stock
