      Probably the worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      The pay and holiday entitlement are a lot higher than similar companies.

      Cons

      If you don’t bow down to the CEO you’re out. He slates people who dare to have a day off / have a baby. His way or the high way and he always takes a young female employee under his wing. The former deputy would shout at staff in front of employees and employees would have to sit in silence when she was around.

      Pros

      I had freedom to build my own team, create events programmes and had a good salary / pension. Strong social mission!

      Cons

      Some staff and managers have been there a long time, sometimes struggling with change or moving quickly (bureaucratic). Not many socials..
