6) Highly unsecured Job, you might get thrown out on 1 day Notice, There is numerous occasions
7) Salary sometimes not paid in Time (Understandable for Small Company), but you might loose your Variable Pay, Performance Bonus for no reason
8)There is ideally no Policies in favor of Employee, only Management will get benefited
