Pros

-Relatively friendly staff -Decent bonus incentives -Decent commission potential if you're a sleazy person

Cons

The company prides itself on having "salesmen and women disguised as technicians" because that's exactly who they hire and expect to troubleshoot menial issues while piling everything complicated (or even uncomplicated) to the limited amount of higher level techs. -Hilariously low base pay for the expected tasks with zero benefits to speak of -Slave-driver mentality, more focused on lining pockets with money than helping actual customers by forcing up-sells of overpriced, so-so software to customers that don't need it and other morals-lacking practices -Force scripts down your throat in order to properly gouge the customer -Use and abuse employees for tasks without properly compensating/crediting their efforts -Hire literally anyone, from druggies & former criminals to incompetent people that don't know the first thing about basic tech -Schedule people to work on holidays (treading shaky legal ground) -A good deal of the customers were terrible for the most part and allowed to dance over their technicians -Disorganized and lacking vision and direction; future is uncertain and revenue is at the mercy of up-sells This is a dead-end job that appeals to people that desperately need one and/or don't care about abuse! You're better off working at you local McDonald's than here, like the CEO would usually threaten his technicians

Pros

- Some of your coworkers are extremely funny. - Tier 3 is given a little leeway in regards to up-selling. - Some of the clients have lived pretty interesting lives.

Cons

- You will be micromanaged by the owner remotely. - The owners probably couldn't install a printer if they tried. - Selling to retired people a heavily inflated product kind of makes you feel like a scum bag. - Tier 3 is generally far too overworked for NO appreciated. - The company has a revolving door. People there one week most likely won't be there the following. - The pay is horrendous. - I once looked up my "colleagues" and realized a third have been arrested. - If you are competent they will expect more from you, not offer you a penny more, and then fire you when you refuse to work off the clock. - The cops were there far too often.

Pros

The people you work with.

Cons

Everything else. Pay. Micro Management. Commission Structure. Leadership (to a certain extent) I watched a class of 15-20 people be hired every week, and maybe 3 people made it longer than two weeks on the floor. Yet, they just kept doing the same thing. The ownership would micromanage the most mundane details from outside the office, and then call in every 10 mins to complain. The workers are not rewarded for their work, Tier 3 techs are under so much pressure always. Regular agents are pressured to sell, and even if they do, the commission is garbage. They want you to think that theyre customer service, but then address the floor daily to remind you to sell. Sell Sell Sell.
